The WRS Annual Conference will be held at The American Club in Kohler, WI, we would like to welcome your support to advance the educational mission and provide members exposure to new products and services. $2,500 Gold Level: Event Sponsor

• Recognized as a Primary Sponsor of the conference in pre-event promotion, during the conference on slides and verbally during the conference
• Table top exhibit at annual meeting (includes four complimentary registrations)
• Recognition in on-site program materials and signage
• Company logo and brief description listed on WRS website
• 1 page advertisement of company in yearly newsletter
• Complementary ad on the WRS website
• Attendee list provided before and after meeting (list to include: attendee name and institution) 

$1,500 Silver Level: Exhibit Only

• Recognized as an exhibitor of the conference in pre-event promotion, during the conference on slides and verbally during the conference
• Table top exhibit at annual meeting (includes two complimentary registrations)
• Recognition in on-site program materials and signage
• Company logo and brief description listed on WRS website.

Hotel Accommodations: Reserve your overnight accommodations before March 10, 2026 to receive the WRS group rate of $264 plus taxes and fees. To make reservations, call the American Club at 888-909-7058 and reference 543184 and reiterate you are with the Wisconsin Radiological Society group block.

Registration Deadline

Register by March 10, 2026 to ensure that your company will be recognized in printed materials. Registrations received after March 10, 2026 are not guaranteed to be included in printed materials.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before March 10, 2026 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after March 10, 2026. Cancellations must be received in writing at WRS@badgerbay.co.
